Add the ability to colour tag items in the Outliner.

Could the dev team please add the ability to add colour tags to items in the Outliner?

So we'd be able to right-click a group or object and add a particular colour to it, then search and reveal by colour in the search box too. Each object or group could then be lightly shaded in the colours (some subtle ones, easy on the eye!).

It would be really handy for organisation.

Yeah @damaggio , something like that would be good, how did you achieve that? The attached image is more like what I had in mind though.

It's a very simple script that has been available for many years called ColorMarker.
