Add scroll Panel tool bar!

I posted question How to scroll Panel tool bar?

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/maya-forum/how-to-scroll-panel-tool-bar/td-p/9714449

There is no way to scroll Panel too bar. (now)

I need to click on the icon and close it, I can indeed see the hidden icon without having to scroll.

However, the farther away the icon is, the more times I have to close it. I will have to click on the icon to undo this. There are seven in all.
It's a nerve-wracking and frustrating task for tablet and mouse users to adjust the mouse cursor to a small icon and click it, and it's tiring.

So I think the scrolling method in the blender is more convenient for mouse and tablet use.

I just noticed that the icons are hard to see and at the same time, it's hard to know what state they are in.
I suggest that scrolling would be the best solution.

I know that performance, a precise feature set, and exchanging data well with other software packages comes well before UI, but some elements of the Blender UI and workflow are easier or faster to use. But that may simply be due to the different paradigms. Blender is more expressive or gestural, and artists are free to work quickly and expressively, but not necessarily precisely or in a way that can be built upon easily later. Maya is more analytical and precise, and artists have all the tools they need to work in a methodical way that is more purposeful and planned. In Maya, slow is steady, and steady is fast. In Blender, fast is fast; I'll do it again if it didn't work the first time. Because of the difference in use base and paradigm, I wouldn't want to iterate in Maya, and I wouldn't want to polish in Blender. That being said, this feature would be nice to have. 🙂
