XGen with mesh is imported from OBJ file

I am studing Xgen, when i create region map to paint, it appear a clone that symmetry x axis. This problem is only happen with mesh is imported from OBJ file, what can i do for normal?

Did you delete the history of the mesh after the mirror?

Edit > Delete All by Type > History

I was delete history, freeze transform, center pivot, but issue still appear. I am using maya 2015 sp6
