A colleague of mine is having an issue with XGen whereby his maya scenes are saving without an XGen file being generated. We have tried the common solutions (for example there are no spaces in the file path, we are not using autosaves, nothing has been renamed etc.) but haven't been able to find a way to recover his xGen work. An old file successfully opens, but he will lose a day and a half of work if we have to begin from there. If you could provide us any help/advice in restoring his XGen to the most current version of the file, that would be very much appreciated, and please let me know if there is any more information I can provide that would be useful.
