Xgen no preview visible,description bound to any geometry in the scene

hello, I pressed the hair somewhere and everything was gone, it doesn’t open through autosave, it writes such an error + the plate on which I did the hair disappeared and such an icon appeared next to the outliner. I'm in May for a week and I don't understand what she wants from me
at the same time, the settings and the name of the descriptions were lost (a_bighair), but the plane disappeared (more precisely, it had some kind of icon with an arrow)
