Hello all, I saw the same issue here but it didnt really help. So, to put it simple, the density map does not work as should. Initially I thought the problem is with pen pressure and falloff brushes, but after redoing the eyebrow map the result is the same - the particles don't follow the map, esp in the bridge area. No idea how to fix it now... also, I'm not new to Maya, but a complete newbie in xGen. So, maybe there's something I don't know.
