XGen Converting: Non-parallel sculpt render is not implemented now.

Hi all, 

I am attempting to convert my XGen classic groom to interactive groom, and getting the following error message:

// Error: XGen: Non-parallel sculpt render is not implemented now. //

I couldn't find much information about this online, it looks like it's something to do with preferences, but resetting mine has not helped.
