Hey there,
So i have been trying to use the very popular free ultimate maya rigs, but whenever i try to import or reference a file it says that there are mental ray nodes within file and then maya will freeze and i have use task manager to end maya. i tried opening the file on another computer of higher specs and it opened just fine, to i removed the mental ray nodes to see if that would help me. now when i try to open the file on my computer there is no pop up that says there are mental ray nodes in the file, but it still freezes and i have to end the task another way. can anyone help me out with this. I need to be able to use these rigs for an assignment. thank you so much for all your help!
