Windows 10 crashes when launching Maya

Hi, I have a big problem, I've downloaded Maya 2019 for college, but as soon as I launch it my windows (windows 10) crashes, giving me the typical blue screen.

This happens as soon as the program launches, and I've tried with an older version, specifically Maya 2017, but I get the same result.

I also updated all my drivers just in case, but again, windows crashes.

Help.

When you get the blue screen there should be an explanation like maybe a a file that needs attention.  Did you see that?

The blue screen says (translated from spanish):

Stopcode: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED ''

I entered the windows link but the stopcode given on the blue screen was not part of the ones shown on the site.
I googled the stopcode and read that '' It's likely triggered by a faulty driver '' that's why I updated my drivers.
Have I missed or misunderstand something? Excuse my ignorance on the subject.
