UV SHELL impossible to move

Hello,
I don’t know why my UV SHELL doesn’t want anymore
this move. I can restart my Maya it does not change anything

thanks in advance for your help

Have you tried to reset the move tool?

Double click onto the move tool in the Tools shelv at the left.
