Using DAZ iRay skin textures in iRay for Maya?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to use Daz3D characters with iRay textures applied and render them using iRay for Maya?

Basically, I'd like to get a render similar to the one below which was rendered using DAZ iRay.

As far as I can tell so far, there is no easy way to render a photo-realistic human character with iRay for Maya because of a lack of iRay skin textures.
What is a very simple thing to do in the free Daz3D application doesn't seem possible in Maya.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks for reading,

Kay

Well, I guess I'm not missing anything judging by the lack of responses.

Looks like IFM is good for rendering cars and toaster ovens, but realistic looking people?

Not so much it seems.
