URGENT HELP!! Fatal Error when launching Maya 2018 or 2020

Need urgent help please both versions of maya are now giving me Fatal Error when launching.
I followed the guide here but this file doesnt exist for me.

We have autodesk through our company account. Ive tried using it but I just get stuck in a loop and we cant wait 2 days for an email reply.

We need a running version of maya quickly.

Deleting Prefs worked, in my case.
