Unable to uninstall Autodesk Maya from previous computer

Hello.

Been a while since I last visited (and please I apologize if something similar has been posted already), and I wanted to revisit a recurring issue with my previous computer I'm on.

I am having trouble with uninstalling Maya 2016 from my old laptop. It shows up in the settings in Windows 10, but when I go to uninstall it, it gives me an error.

I have images of this issue.

Any solutions that will lead to the complete uninstall of Maya 2016 will be appreciated.

And before you ask why I'm not using the software anymore is because I have a more powerful computer that can run it better, and that's my main computer.

Hi!

There was a problem with the installer and some of the service packs for Maya 2016, so you need to uninstall the service pack(s) first.

"An issue exists when uninstalling Maya 2016 that occurs if any of Maya 2016 Service Pack 4, 5 or 6 have also been installed.

Workaround: Uninstall Service Pack 4, 5 and/or 6 before uninstalling Maya 2016."

How would I go about uninstalling the service packs?

Every uninstall should be made from within Windows: Control Panel -> Programs

Installed Updates may be shown in "View Installed Updates".
