Transparency

How do I solve this if you can see the video below?  After importing the texture and correctly came out transparent but you can still see through the collar, and if I press "break connection", you don't anymore but the collar is not how its suppose to look with the extra blue border stuff. Please & Thanks

Renderer>Viewport 2.0 settings> change Transparency Algorithm , try the various options in the drop down list.
