The strangest, probably simplest problem I've ever ran into with Maya.

Hello, I'm a college student using a student copy of Maya. Today I had some computer issues that resulted in my needing to reinstall Maya, however whenever I click on the download button at my account manager, I just get what is shown in the attachment. No download dialog box ever comes up and the circle that used to be the download button just keeps spinning indefinitely. I have been unable to find any issues related to this online. Is Autodesk just having issues with their download servers?

For clarity, I'm running Windows 10 64bit, and have tried downloading with both Firefox and Chrome (same issue both times.)

Thanks for reporting the issue. Could you try the download from our website: Maya free trial and then activate it with your student license? Or you can also download it from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version).
