The Activation page says:
'During installation, enter a serial number if needed'
Are there contact details for Licensing issues?

Hi all
I'm signed in, but am still getting the Autodesk Licensing Splash window pop up with:
3 days remaining
I've asked Virtual Agent, who says:
I just need to bee logged in
I try to Activate but get the following:
The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1) Learn more.
So I click on:
Run
Which launches Maya
Do I need to do something else to remove the splash screen?

Just for your info:
Maya 2018.6 is running ok, without the Splash Screen.
From 2020 Maya no longer uses serial numbers. Select single user install. Note that you must Sign Out of the Autodesk Desktop App on one machine before signing in on another machine which has it installed.
