texture problem error

Hi!
I did a eye, with 32bits maps, rendered it in vray, everything was fine, so i get my things and ported to the main scene and "TIFF image class not supported (must be 8 or 16 bits)" i searched and discovered that maya does not support, okay. But why in my scene test it does work, i tryed to redo my config in other scenes and does not work, but in my test scene work fine, i can't get what it's happening.
ps:Only my mask, that i use to separete the sclera from cornea does not get reconized, the other files work fine.
