Selection is occurring with Middle-Mouse Click

When I try to move an object by using the manipulator when I left click, it creates a marquee selection and I have to move the object by using the middle mouse click and the left click doesn't work. I am using Maya 2019 student version. 

I have Geforce 210 GPU with updated driver then also this problem is occurring.

Does the arrow color of the gizmo change when you hover your mouse over it?

This is most likely an issue with your selection settings which you can try changing by double clicking the Arrow icon in the left side of the viewport and hit Reset Tool.

If that doesn't work you'll want to try deleting your settings/preferences.

No, deleting the preferences is not working and resetting the tool is also not helping.

Sorry sir , Again that problem is occurring but I also renamed the prefs(preferences) folder and deleted the prefs folder

Will restarts of Maya and/or deleting your settings/prefs not help anymore?

Try different Viewport modes / Render Engine settings like "DirectX":

Preferences -> Display -> Viewport 2.0 -> Render Engine
