Is there an error with the script editor in the Maya 2019.2 realese like when I type min as in the following screenShot, the letters IN go green.

That does look like some kind of bug, I will file it internally. In fact, the "in" goes green if you type in any number of three letter flags ending in "in", but not four or more letters:
fakeCommand -min -gin -bin -qin -blin -mink
