Rotate snap

Hi there, is any tool or setting that allows me to rotate the selected object and align the red center to the blue center of the wheel? Im using Maya 2022. Once aligne i'll be able to  scale the object and match red point to blue point by editing it in vertex mode.

You can use AimConstraint on that fork, so it aims at the pivot of the wheel, which should be centered. Otherwise parent under the wheel some locator, and aim the fork toward it. And, you need aim for X only.

The fork's angle will change as you scale/move the wheel.
