"+=" in value inputs inside Attribute Editor

Hello All,
I remember a while ago that we could do "+=" followed by a value in any input field in Maya. Most notably in the "Joint" drop down/Joint Orient attribute fields in the Attribute editor for a joint. But I am unable to get it to accept the value increase specifically in the Attribute Editor. It works as intended in the Channel Box, the Graph Editor's value input fields, and in the Attribute Spreadsheet.

Is that the intended behavior? I know each element is a different windowed context, but it would be nice to have that feature again in the Attribute Editor.

Tested in Maya 2020.3 --> 2022 and I am unable to to use that technique in the attribute editor. I remember using this in 2010 --> 2016 (I believe).

Workaround:
-Open Attribute Spreadsheet
-Sort by "Orient" in the "All" tab.
-Type in "+=180" in a field to add 180 to the existing value of a joint orient.

Thanks for any help!
Andy
