that was available in Maya 2024, and why it has been replaced with this

in Maya 2025?

Surprisingly, even the Maya 2026 page:

refers back to the 2024 list of commands.

Yes, it is so stupid!!! I dont mind if the python command reference in maya2026 points to the one of 2024, but I do mind if it does not even point to a python command reference! This sucks and represents the philosophy of the whole package!!!
