I do not know how it happened, as I just re-installed the program. I tried to search the Forum and nothing. All tabs are without icons except one or two.
I do not know how to fix it.

Most likely something happened to your settings/prefs during the install.
You'll want to try deleting your settings/preferences which should reset the shelves back to normal.
