Plug-in manager

Hi guys! I've just installed Maya, since Pixar are offering their non-commercial Renderman.

I try to use RenderMan_for_Maya, and I need to put this Plug-in in Maya, with the Plug-in manager.

However, I've got an issue : I can't find the Plug-in Manager!

I've looked into the Settings/Preferences, but I can't find it!

I'm on Mac OS, and I've got the 2015 version of Maya
