PC specs recommendation for 3D animation/layout?

Hi, I want to get into 3D animation/layout and I wanted to know what type of computer with what specs would be okay for a starters level/

I will probably be using Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects! Any recommendations?

Get an AMD Ryzen and a decent geforce. And a lot of ram. At least 64gb.
