Orient constraint ignored when keying

I have a control chain that I'm satisfied with. Everything moves accordingly but when trying to set keys on my IK control (which is orient constrained to the joint so the rest of the wrist and palm follow), but when I set a key to pose my character that orient constraint doesn't work anymore and the rest of the hand offsets terribly.

I've attached a video file that shows what's happening. Any ideas or fixes that I could do to the hierarchy in order for it to go as expected?

Thank you.

Hi!

Check the new Attribute in Channel Box after setting the key, "Blend Orientate", just set this to "1",

or key the Translate values only.
