So, I'm new to Maya and I've been trying to finish this coffee table model, however, for some reason, these 2 specific faces don't want to cut. I can't insert vertices or bridge properly and sides that look like they should be separate are actually one side. I've tried everything and have even tried to work around it but to no success. I've run into this problem multiple times when I try to keep everything in quads. Any tips or suggestions?
