Move and Sew UV hotkey

Hi guys, I would assume there is a simple way to do this but I'm probably overlooking it. I have set various hotkeys in the past for doing stuff like beveling and bridging but for some reason I cannot find the command to set a hot key to for moving and sewing UV edges. It's really annoying to constantly pull up a menu and to manually click the button. I would have thought the option for it would be under the UV Editor section but it is not. Nothing comes up when I try searching Move and Sew or polyMapSewMove which is what pops up in the command line when I execute the command. Can someone point me to where I can find the command and hotkey it?

What version of Maya are you using?

This works fine in 2018 but may have issues in earlier versions of Maya.

That explains it. I currently am working with Maya 2017 so I will update to 2018 and let you know how it goes. Sorry for the late response.
