Maya very slow in opening next file

Hi if anyone has the same problem like we did

once you open maya , and load A file (with several reference file in it) it load immediately.  Then you proceed to open B file, maya took forever to think and finally load the file, even if B file is a new file or empty file,  we tested it in maya 2022. 2023 and 2024 and the time is different
maya 2022 - 1.47mins
maya 2023 - 6.42mins
maya  2024 - 4.24 mins
for a quick solution, we have to close maya every time we need to open a new file somehow its faster that way, but if someone have the solution do let us know

i too have a similar isseu, easch time i clip open file icon maya takes many secodnos to open the file browser, then the file browser is not showing all the directories and file, have to wait e complete list....all this process takes a lot of seconds....and make me work slower thn hoe fast i could go. this thing is really annoiying, i thought it is a OS problem....couse it may be that there is something bound to OS ...but maya is the only software that has this issue.

I'm also having this issue currently in Maya 2023 and not in Maya 2022 python 2.

Happens in Maya 2024 for me and continues to happen in Maya 2023 after removing preferences.

This may be an issue with Autodesk pinging the license server. After I updated the autodesk license server software it seems to be faster in Maya 2023, taking 10 seconds instead of 20 to open a file.    
Actually this turned out to be a false positive. In Maya 2024 it take 10 seconds to open a file in Maya 2023 it takes 20 seconds or more.

I updated all autodesk license software and restarted my machine. 
My specs 
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Maya 2020 python 2 - no pause before open
Maya 2022 python 2 - no pause before open
Maya 2022 python 3 - no pause before open
Maya 2023 - ~20 second pause before open
Maya 2024 - ~7 second pause before open 

And should note, some files (larger memory footprint) take longer

have you try 2025, i only tested 1 file

maya 2023 file A 38.9 secs       maya 2025 file A 33.6 secs

maya 20230file B 32.1 secs       maya 2525 file B 27.4 secs
