i have contacted sheer ID with this and i'm not able to get it fixed as they directed me to getting it addressed by autodesk themselves as they have stated " For further assistance in resolving this, we kindly refer you to Autodesk as we don't have access to their accounts and systems to further investigate issues with the educational access" so i really need some help as they couldn't proceed with the emails provided so please respond asap
