Maya 2024 Crash on startup. Fresh Installation

Hello, can anyone suggest a workaround for a Maya 2024 not starting up on a Fresh install Win11 Pro (Amd Ryzen 9, RTX 4080, 128 GB RAM, m.2 SSD).

Hi. I am having a similar problem. Maya 2024.2 was working great, then a day or two ago, it started failing on launch.
Maya startup has "license verified", then goes to starting and crashes. I have been using 2024 since it came out and this is the first time this has happened.

Fresh install of Python 3.11 and deleted a wrong PYTHONPATH environment variable, did the trick.
