Maya 2023 update

I am having issues while modeling in 2023, is there any update or patch for the version?

Yes take a look in your Autodesk account.

Normally the Desktop tool should tell you that there is a Maya 2023.3

What are the troubles you have?

When I am move vertices on my models, the shading of the faces  seem to change constantly till I am in object mode again:
