MAYA 2023 Lanched but never Open

I built a new PC and installed MAYA 2023, it launched with a loading window, but the actual workspace window never showed. MAYA icon shows in the taskbar but nothing pops up if I click it. I reinstalled it a couple of times but it didn't help.

MAYA 2022 works normally, so my GPU drivers should work fine.

As you see it does stuck loading Arnold (MtoA). Try to install the latest Arnold version.

Also try to delete the prefs.
