Maya 2020 open file windows

Hello,

I ve a problem since a couple of week, when i open a new file in maya 2020.4, i have a white windows and it freezes for30-40 seconds and then the open scene windows appears. I ve try with the os native mode, and it works, but i would use the mmaya mode, which used to work fine, someone knows a solution?
