Maya 2020 - Cant drag and drop parent or un-parent with the mouse in the hyper

Maya 2020 - I cant drag and drop parent or un-parent with the mouse in the hypergraph. It only works in the outliner and hotkeys ( 'p' and 'shift-p' )

I tested it in Maya 2019 and it works fine so its not my system...

Anyone else having the same problem? Is this a bug?
