Maya 2019 is very slow opening it's just pop-up blank output windows for a long time before main windows load up but it can launch normally after the that (This just happened for the first time I launch Maya 2019 after restarted/shut down my laptop)
I use SSD and have some plug-in installed such as V-ray but this issue never happens before.
System specs:
Windows 10
AMD ryzen7 3750H
GTX 1660ti
16 GB ram
