Maya 2019 freezes when opening scene

When I try to open my scene Maya just freezes for a few minutes. It shows the correct outliner, but I can't do anything and the viewport is empty. 

I've already deleted the settings and tried to open it in Maya 2020, but nothing seems to help.

My specs:

Ryzen 9 3900x

Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1660 Super

32GB Ram

Also: when I change certain values in BulletRigidBodyShape Maya freezes as well for a few minutes. In Task Manager it says that Maya is not responding.

Hello! I have the same problem as yours and I?ve already tried to delete the preference settings too.

It happens for every scene I try to open in Maya exept for the ones who weight less than 80KB.

Did you solve the problem? If yes, you can tell me how please? I don't know what to do 😞
