Maya 2019 Bug in time editor - Relocator

I was making some test in Maya 2019 trial version and I found a Bug with relocator in time editor. It isn't work properly. I've tried with many way to solve that but is is not working.

What are the steps to reproduce it? I'd like to test it on my machine and once I can confirm the issue I can pass it along to the development team to begin working on a fix.
