Maya 2018 doesn't open

Hello Maya Users and Admins,

I would like to ask about what should I do when Maya 2018 is not opening at all. And yeah, the problem is too hard to be solved because first of all there is no errors popping-up on my system. Usually when there is an error it would pop-up like the normal error form, right? But this is totally different.

I have maya 2019,2020 and 2022 working  smoothly and no problem at all; after the installation of Maya 2018 , I have trying to launch it but no luck ,

I need 2018 version for some plugins

Here are the procedures I have done just to fix the issue but to no avail:

- Restart the System

- download maya 2018.7 from autodesk website

- Uninstall using microsoft utility and Reinstall the Maya 2018 (7 times already)

Please help me about this.

Hello @hussein.hamed,

I would suggest the following steps:

1. Uninstall Maya 2018.7.

2. Install Maya 2018(.0), the basic 2018 version: Maya 2018.

3. Now install 2018.7 Update.
