Hi.
I have problems with MAYA that I have not been able to solve.
When I try to do UNFOLD, I get the error: "// Error: Unfold3D process error."
The error always appears when I try to apply UNFOLD on the UV's of a character's face.
If I make several cuts in the UV, if done correctly.
- I have tried several versions of MAYA (2018, 2018 update 6, 2019), but it always gives an error.
- I have reinstalled OS, and it still gives the same error.
- I have tried several GPU drivers.
- I have tried many options that I found in the autodesk forum, and also in other pages, but I always get the same error.
When I try exactly the same on other PCs, it works correctly.
I would like to know if you can help me activate some kind of log in MAYA, to see if we can solve this problem.
