Maya 2017 Error

I have a problem with Maya when I do things on it then I want to export it on giant software I have an error that appears after a certain time:
# Error: UnicodeEncodeError: file C: / Users /********/Documents/maya/2017/scripts\I3DExporter.py line 854: ascii
Is that someone has a solution I'm stuck, and I can not do anything

Is I3D Exporter a script you installed on your own? I've never seen it before. You seem to be getting the ASCII error as well, similar to another recent thread.

Could you give us more info about the occurrence of the error? Like when it happens and what you're doing?

I'll quote what an employee asked in that thread:
"What about your project folders? Or your home directory? Do those folder names use any non-ascii characters like é ? Or spaces?"
