Maya 2016 Render Settings Are Empty

Hi,

My Render Settings window is blank when I open it.

Details about my setup:

• Windows 10 Pro
• I have Maya 2014, 2015 and 2016

So far I have tried:

• Deleting old preferences and allowing Maya to create Default ones
• Checking Maya.env for paths (the files have always been blank).
• Tried deleteUI unifiedRenderGlobalsWindow; then buildNewSceneUI;
• Turned off Loaded checkboxes for my plugins.

Please help!

I uninstalled Maya 2016 and reinstalled it. It is working now.

We have this problem too. Does anyone have a real solution for this? I realise uninstalling/deleting all prefs is Autodesk's go-to solution for everything, but I'm hoping there's a nicer way to fix this?!

Im getting this with 2017, never had problem in 2016.

Sometimes the rendersettings window is empty, some times when i change the rendertype. say to vray, the renderview window closes and I cant get it back open again.

Some really frustrating UI issues going on with 2017.
