Maya 2016.5 - Missing RENDER panel @ 'Channel Box/ Layer Editor

Hey all,

Since I want to use more render layers, I can't find the 'Render' panel inbetween 'Display and Anim layer'.
How to get the panel back?

go to windows then setting/preferences then preferences then rendering choose rendering then go to preferred render setup system and put it to Legacy Render Layers

the restart the maya. all things will be fine the
