Maya 2015 is Crashing

Hello,

I just installed Maya 2015 sp6 on my brand new Mac Pro tower. Everytime I launch Maya it will just crashed. I tried reinstalling Maya and the OS but still doesn't work. Can someone help me troubleshoot this issue?

Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear Maya is crashing upon launch. Try the following steps:

1. Go to Help > Desktop Analytics.
2. Deselect the "Yes, I would like to contribute to this program" option.
3. Click OK.

Next

1. Go to Help > Customer Involvement Program
2. Select "No, I do not want to join the program at this time.
3. Click OK.
4. Restart Maya

If this is not available, is Maya showing you any messages when it is crashing? Are you able to perform any actions?
