Hello Team, We are a educational institution, we have recently upgraded to Maya 2016 SP2, but it doesnt comes with metal ray plug in which is annoying, even now we tried to install the plugins but the plugins is not working, plugins got loaded but as we start the render with metal ray it gives error message "Error: line 1: (mental ray) : Unable to load file: mayabase.dll" can you please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible Regards Nilesh Rane
