lawn mower Lines using Mash

I am someone that has used forest pack for most of my career for vegetation distrubtion needs. the last three years I have been using mash in Maya. One thing that I have not been able to find is how to simulate mow lines using maps\images.

for a starting point I am using megascans grass clump packs as my source model and texture. Then in forest pack the "mowed lawn look" can be achieved a few ways. Most the time I would either add maps to the random rotation Y. So that it would rotate one way or the other using a black and white striped maps. this would be 10 degrees in the white Line and -10 in the black area of the map.

Another less accurate option was using that same black and white striped map as an overlay to Tint the shader darker or lighter color.  Acting as tinting overlay on the existing shader based on the black and white maps.

I am struggling to find a similar option in mash or possibly an alternative method.

thank you in advance

John
