Hello, I am using Maya to do my works, and I am eligible for one-year educational access due to October 2024.
However, I cannot access Maya recently.
When I log in to Autodesk website, I receive the same message about educational access.
At the same time it told me to complete the screening process, but I received none of related email.
Assistant also not available to me. So...what can I do now? Thanks.
