I would flat-out say NO 😉
Hi!
1. I am not aware of any OEM version of Maya
2. It's not uncommon to sell student licenses / keys at a high price but still at a fraction of the cost of the full package.
If that's the case you will pay for something you can't use in production, or you will loose a lot time and money to get your money back (if you get it back).
Just to add to this, our legal team has confirmed that this is not a legitimate site from which to buy genuine Autodesk product subscriptions.
