Is there a way to constrain keyframes when moving in the graph editor?

Trying to move keyframes horizontally while keeping the same values. When I try holding shift or any other modifier key there is no constraint. Also Maya is always real buggy with selecting more than one keyframe, super annoying:

Nevermind finally figured it out. You have to hold down shift before you click, I'm used to most programs where it doesn't matter when you press shift. Also middle-click and drag on the keyframe seems to work smoother for some reason.

This. And Shift + middle mouse drag works for me, shift + left mouse drag didn't do the trick
