Somewhat still new to rigging but I've created an IK/FK arm from a tutorial and the IK elbow doesn't follow the shoulders when the chest or clavicles are moved.
edit: added an extra control for the clavicles and parented it to both shoulders and the chest and this seems to have fixed it.
